i have been investigating this bug and there are quite a few problems. All of
them are related to missing interfaces/methods in msado15/{connection,command}.

One of the bugs was already fixed (
https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commit/6255b031af691988f96c4e648c4f09...
) but I forgot to update this ticket before submitting the patch.
