Why would you want to?

With winehq devel packages 9.0, 9.1 and 9.10 I received no crash, instead a "msi:execute_script Execution of script 0 halted" error, which cancelled the installation. With winehq package 9.16 and local build the installer completes with some error messages, but no crash. With builtin vc runtime registry key from bug 56695 is needed.
