The problem is minor, because clicking "No" closes the dialog and I can then log in and play the game normally, though the "Ravenwood News" never loads. The regression test identified commit cde372700c8c1fc66f727c66d1852d33aaa70794, but reverting that commit does not fix the problem. However, when I tested wine-1.5.27-116-gcb1998a and wine-1.5.27-117-gcde3727 several times, going back and forth between them, the problem consistently appeared with the latter and not with the former. This is a duplicate of 27036. What distribution and version are you on?
