Does the program crash or has issues?

That error shouldn't occur, and indicates something is probably wrong with your setup. Please try again in a clean prefix. I used this one in my test. RC3=https://dl.makeblock.com/mblock5/win32/v5.0.0-RC3.exe Created fresh 32bit prefix. When application is started there is black splash screen shown, after this nothing else seem to happen.
