[Bug 40137] New: schannel does not work
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40137 Bug ID: 40137 Summary: schannel does not work Product: Wine Version: 1.9.3 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown Assignee: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org Reporter: darkwingbuck13(a)gmail.com Distribution: --- I tried installing the newest version of ETS2MP, Truckers MP. The ETS2 base game works fine and plays normally. ETS2MP, however, depends on schannel, which causes the program to not launch because schannel does not work in Wine. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. I double-checked that libgnutls-dev and winbind were installed, which they both were. The program still doesn't run properly and only outputs the parts of the log prefixed with "schannel" when exiting the error box. As for how I know it's schannel, the Truckers MP devs said that it was because of schannel. https://forum.ets2mp.com/index.php?/topic/25576-wine-and-ets2mp/ -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. But you attached a POL log. It doesn't matter what build depencies you install on your computer if POL didnt have them installed at build time. This bug might be even invalid on your part. Wine can't support external builds. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
