I cann't input chinese(using sunpinyin) in the Source file window of source
insight 3.50, but the input method works fine when I input chinese in standard
window controls.

Tested with wine3.0-rc5, the fonts display fine and input methods work.
Please check that you have the following environment variables exported.

QT4_IM_MODULE=fcitx
QT_IM_MODULE=fcitx
XMODIFIERS=@im=fcitx
GTK_IM_MODULE=fcitx

and make sure source insight is using Chinese capable font in
"Options"->"Document Options..."->"Screen Fonts"
