This was not the case in Wine 7.3 I also tested a fresh Manjaro install in a VM but there I could not reproduce this issue since this might be specific to having an Nvidia card and driver. After testing a bit the solution was to set ucrtbase to (builtin then native) and now both EffectRack and FL-Studio work with this. Maybe this is just an issue with my wineprefix since in a clean new wineprefix this issue does not appear even with ucrtbase being (native then builtin).
