Yup, DLTCEP (i'm the author).
It uses quite some comctl features (sometimes in unorthodox ways, because i just
use what works first, and did not learn how to use it).
Since the source is also available, this proggy might be a good test case :)
It doesn't run very well under Wine, though the problems are mostly visual.
