[Bug 26752] New: Menus are too bright in Starcraft 2
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=26752 Summary: Menus are too bright in Starcraft 2 Product: Wine Version: 1.3.15 Platform: x86 OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: directx-d3d AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org ReportedBy: pavel.ondracka(a)gmail.com Created an attachment (id=34070) --> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=34070) terminal output When Starcraft 2 is started menus have normal blue color, however when I start a mission and then exit back to the menus, they are overbright (I'll attach screenshots). Not the whole menu is too bright, background is fine, only the user interface is too bright. 75c8e9f7b42173eb3c08e4ae87d485caca431a9b is the first bad commit commit 75c8e9f7b42173eb3c08e4ae87d485caca431a9b Author: Henri Verbeet <hverbeet(a)codeweavers.com> Date: Thu Mar 3 09:24:10 2011 +0100 wined3d: Use EXT_texture_sRGB_decode to avoid sRGB texture duplication. This commit won't revert from current git, however setting MESA_EXTENSION_OVERRRIDE="-GL_EXT_texture_sRGB_decode" fixes this. I'm using the r300g driver (b27f206b0cc9bf31bff6dd1abe66c4f21f3de21e), Kernel 2.6.38.2, RV530. I hope this isn't just some Mesa bug just uncovered by this change however I don't see anything like this with NVIDIA. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

I hope this isn't just some Mesa bug just uncovered by this change however I don't see anything like this with NVIDIA. It most likely is. I've been meaning to look into this (on the Mesa side), but haven't gotten around to it.
