I installed Outlook 2013 SP1 but I'm hitting an issue when trying to configure
an Office 365 e-mail account that uses 2FA (2-factor authentication).

So, 2FA means that I have to enter my user and passwd and then, on a second
stage, a 6 digits OTP code. For the later, a web-like prompt is usually
displayed which prompts me to enter the code.

However, after I enter the user and passwd in the first window I get an Outlook
error instead of the prompt for the OTP code and, by using the
"fixme-all,+loaddll,+tid,+seh,+timestamp" debug flags, I can see this dump:

Same thing happens on both 3.0 and 3.5 wine versions.

I tried with an rpcrt4.dll from "W2KSP4_EN.EXE" but I got several other issues
so I don't think it could be an option.

Any idea on what I can do?

I'm more than willing to test, check or trace anything, just let me know.

I still coulnd't find the root cause of the 2FA not working for Outlook but I
now think it's not related to these errors.
