From my application, on a button click, I open a modal window. All the controls of the main window are inactive but not the window itself. On a click on it, the modal window disappears, the main window comes to the foreground. The normal display is restored by changing the process and wine redisplays the windows accordingly.

It's quite amazing, I wrote simple codes in Delphi and FPC, I can't reproduce the problem with a short code! I join to this mail a screen capture, the wine log file and the demo python code which calls wine. I'm using the version 8.8 with linux and I have the same problem with wine 7.7 on macOS.
