Right mouse button not work in Microsoft Office 2003. Work only, when i
selection text and click in right mouse button

The bug reporter did not clearly state that this is a Wine Staging regression.
It is therefore reasonable to assume that the issue also affects the
development version, moving the bug into the Wine product.

I can't reproduce this in 2.17, development branch.
