Accept the license and start the installation. Immediately, get an error box: trace:text:DrawTextExW L"Error opening file for writing: \r\n\r\nC:\\Games\\TAGAP\\data\\sound\\plugins\\codec_oggvorbis.dll\r\n\r\nClick Abort to stop the installation,\r\nRetry to try again, or\r\nIgnore to skip this file.", -1, [(0,0)-(279,91)] 00000850 Ignoring the error, you'll get 3 more errors, all related to sound dlls (codec_oggvorbis, codec_wav, output_dsound, output_winmm). After that, installation seems okay, but the game doesn't run (which may or may not be related to this bug). Afterwards the game runs fine.
