To startup the game I need to use the native d3dcompiler_46 and d3dcompiler_47
bundled from the game to get it running.

In the game everything seems to work (Only played for about 15 min) performance
is not great 15 - 20 FPS and there are some heavy artifacts going on.

Im using 

AMDGPU R290
Mesa 17.3.3
Archlinux 4.15.3

I don't experience this when using amdgpu on mesa-git and llvm-svn (7.0) on
Arch, whereas I did experience it previously when using mesa 18.0 w/ amdgpu.
