WINEDEBUG=+relay on Wine 1.5.1

Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) winetricks dotnet20
3) install CDU_Inst_3.9.0.7.exe
4) wine NovAtelCDU.exe
5) Device->Exit

Behaviour:
Hang-up.

Expected behaviour:
No hang-up.

Terminal output:
err:wgl:internal_SetPixelFormat Couldn't set format of the window, returning
failure

If you install it and run it directly via the installer it doesnt seem to
return into console after exiting the program. You dont get focus on console
without ctrl+c

But if you run the program after install from the install location I don't see
a hang.

wine 1.7.54(up to date git)
