Did you try a simple compile test?
#include <wine/exception.h>
int main() { return 0; }

I tried it and it works. If it hasn't been fixed for you but that simple app
works, then you might need to look elsewhere. Please update and give more info.

PS, the wine git shows no history on the file, so I don't think any fix has been
made at least if we think there is a bug in that header. But if it is a clash
elsewhere then I don't know if there has been a fix.
