I'm using KDE 3.5. Fairly standard settings. After I worked around bug 8674 to
start up Safari, I don't have any window decorations. (title bar,
minimize/maximize/close buttons) and I can't resize the window.

This is with today's wine-git and Safari 3.1.

Works fine in gnome, haven't tested KDE again.
