[Bug 6697] New: Quicken 2004 Premier "Unhandled Tag type 0x16" error

Software seems to install fine, but when I try to run it two different things
happen depending on how I run it:
1) when I run it under "wine"
 - gives me an error message
"Your Quicken program files (Not your data files) may have been damaged.

You will have to reinstall Quicken."

2) When I run it under winedbg I get this:
