[Bug 25709] New: Some apps doesn't recieve focus in Virtual Desktop Mode

Start(for example) Total Commander(i used 7.55a) Start (you can use Total Commander for this) regedit(or wordpad or notepad or winecfg...). TotalCmd loses focus but regedit doesn't recieve it(its caption still has gray background). Just after photoshop starts, it shows all it's panels(read as "windows") for a second, and than all child windows disappear. If you create or often file, the drawboard window appears correctly, but other child windows like tool bar and "layers/history/navigation/etc" does not appear.If you'll move main window you'll see that all panels are present but behind main window. From TotalCmd i run Regedit. Regedit's window receive all the keyboard input, but visually looks like that it isn't active (window caption is grey). Even if you move with Regedit's windows, it remains grey. You have to switch to TotalCmd and back to Regedit and then the Regedit's window is visually OK.
