that should work around the bug. If so, resolve as duplicate of #5402

yes, after applying the patch from #4, army builder 3.1 finally loads, although
the buttons on the popupdialogs can't be clicked with the mouse, you have to
focus and press enter via keyboard. but who cares, it finally runs! huge kudos
to you Louis.
