[Bug 16731] New: Missing 'msvcirt' from Component list

However, while looking over the bug, I noticed that the 'Component' selected is incorrect. Currently, the component indicated as being at fault with the bug is 'msvcrt.dll'. The component at fault -- and not selectable in the 'Component' dropdown -- is 'msvcirt'.
