It seems that the problem is only in Arch !
I will try to do a regression testing.

I don't think it's the same bug. I only copied the "oleaut32.dll.so" file from wine staging 3.7 to wine staging 3.9 and it WORKED FINE ! Third launch says: "Word has detected a problem with the existing Normal.dotm. Would you like to create a new Normal.dotm?"
