[Bug 26328] New: windows aren't restored after minimizing

Basically, after window is minimized, it gets on the list of minimized windows, but if I Alt-Tab to it, it doesn't get restored, just removed from the list and becomes unaccessible AFAICT. My window manager is openbox, in winecfg both "Allow window manager..." options are checked. If "Allow manager to manage" is unchecked, the window can be restored through the icon on the desktop.
