Could help
That eliminated the unsupported hardware message, but still crashes, and a cursory glance suggests the change didn't appreciably change the situation. Is this the same as bug 39816?
BioShock 2 needs better support for WINED3DFMT_R24_UNORM_X8_TYPELESS and an implementation of d3d10_device_CheckFormatSupport(), then it fails because of unimplemented d3d10_shader_reflection_GetInputParameterDesc(). I think the format patches went in. Checkformat is still undone (bug 40046) and so is GetInputParameterDesc (bug 39816) So this is actuallly a dupe? Or this bug depends on those 2 bugs... -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42242 --- Comment #7 from Ben Anderson <roothorick(a)gmail.com> --- Probably not a dupe, at least not on that one. The console output looks markedly different, and we're getting an actual page fault invoking the crash handler. Further, there's d3d11 fixmes popping up here. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Cu, Christian
Christian, it may be worthwhile to open a separate issue, as the problem you are experiencing may have a different cause. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
