The latest release of R 2.4.1 doesn't run under wine.

The last one 2.4.0 did (both with wine 0.9.29).
Both install OK.

I have traced the difference to the new 2.4.1 being compiled with 
a newer mingw (3.11+), as I compiled the older 2.4.0 with the new mingw 
and it also crashes.
