_hack_ to get Tantra working

I just copied the patch from
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=103636

as said in the forum it is just a hack, but can someone look into it?
and/or maybe implement it into wine

I actually dont know if just the 2. Step is needed
because InternetReadFileExA got implemented
