Run winecfg, Click on Audio. Wine exits with the following error.
mongrol(a)smile:~$ winecfg
Creating link /home/mongrol/.kde/socket-smile.
can't create mcop directory

System is ubuntu6.10 using winehq .deb . I do not have KDE installed. Why is it
trying to create a kde folder? Removing winearts.drv.so works around the
problem. Bug has existed since 0.9.22.
