"MS_WINHELP" class hasnt been registered.

adding this into FindWindow might slove this
if (WinExec("winhelp.exe -x", SW_SHOWNORMAL) < 32)
{
  ERR("can't start winhelp.exe -x ?\n");
  return FALSE;
}

because this will register "MS_WINHELP".

after this hack, the game badly still dsoent work....
