You're using ies4linux, which is going to cause a ton of problems that wine can't support. That said, there very well may be a valid bug. Anyway, waste of time to investigate a defunct product unless you can provide details of the actual problem that is not part of bug 30023 - also clearly reproducible. Reopen if you can do that.
