https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43262 --- Comment #3 from Neko-san <nekoNexus(a)protonmail.ch> --- I actually can't do either (via Wine 9.21), but my test case is most certainly for a different program. I can provide a test case for mine, but I will say my Wine log (for Dolphin-to-Wine window) does look different than what's in the pastebin. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43262 --- Comment #4 from Neko-san <nekoNexus(a)protonmail.ch> --- Created attachment 77426 --> https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=77426 LZMA-compressed Test Archive My (intended) usage for this was BSArchPro64 (the non-64bit binary runs out of memory when I tried this due to the amount of files I'm dealing with). Github Link: https://github.com/TES5Edit/TES5Edit/releases/download/xedit-4.1.5f/xEdit.4.... The archive includes a folder of files to use for this example. The program affected *only* accepts files via drag and drop, and it's a tool that uses a specific archiving format for Bethesda games; attempting to drag and drop from Wine Explorer gives the red cursor icon (to communicate "not possible," I'm assuming) and attempting to do so anyway does nothing. Attempting to drag and drop from Dolphin, instead, shows the "+" icon - implying that the action should hypothetically be possible, but dropping doesn't actually populate the window. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43262 --- Comment #5 from Neko-san <nekoNexus(a)protonmail.ch> --- To clarify further, using a native file manager instead does cause a memory increase in the program so I suspect there's two separate issues at play here: - Wine Explorer just not allowing it - the BSArchPro64 attempts it (via Dolphin) but I assume something is going wrong when it does -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
