Seems many games couldn't handle the mouse,
Skyrim\Fallout series\Two world1&2, etc.
the performance looks better than ever but this cause the major
playable-problem.

Checked similar problems via PlayonLinux,
notice that many friends happened with this problem,
aside to downgrade and solved.

Downgraded to Wine Stable 5.0 - Solved,
Downgraded to Wine Staging 5.1.1 \ 5.0 - Issued.

yes it still the same,
I submitted it again in another bug report but with a log from console.
"[Bug 49051] Fallout 3 cursor misbehaves" which your maintaining today.
