Error log

First off, since they both have an error with .dlls initializing, this may be
related to my other bug here: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=22330.

This bug seems to randomly effect any application(including notepad) and
running the application again usually fixes it. However, it does come back.
Besides the fact that it appears to be something with pulseaudio, i'm not sure
what's going on. Error log attached.
