[Bug 6501] Chinese input with fcitx (XIM) crashes programs

I just cannot verify whether these solutions work.The bug happened after I
upgrade wine from 0.9.22 to 0.9.23 when I was using Dapper, so I cannot say
these solutions  making changes to gtk configuration can really solve the
problem.
