When I try to start ANY exe or MSI file wine is starting to load but nothing
happens and it just dissapears

Not a blocker. Please retry in a clean wineprefix and attach terminal output.
Does 'wine notepad' work for you?

Also what command line are you using? Is there a sample exe/msi you tried
to run that fails?
