[Bug 14778] New: Unusual characters in player names crashes TF2

When the name in encountered, TF2 immediately crashes to the desktop. No error message is noted in the console. The only bug related to them was not saving the screenshots of such players, but it was fixed. Unfortunately, I don't have a Windows box to test this on. No other players on the server seem to have a problem with that name. I think it must have been fixed at some point.
