It's probably this one: https://qsee.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/907 ("PC remote monitoring software for the QC Series DVRs (Smart PSS)") Installs and runs fine with recent Wine. There is a login dialog shown on startup. I guessed the account name 'admin' and password 'admin' and it actually let me go further. There is some fancy GUI where one can add remote cameras, configure stuff and the like.
