Externe Exception C0000025." "Actio multimedial" is a (german) educational software by Ernst Klett Verlag GmbH. ISBN 978-3-12-623140-4 The backside of the cover of the CD has a Logo "MADE WITH macromedia". Backtrace: =>0 0x7bc3c478 raise_status+0x38() in ntdll (0x0032f5f8) (console output attached) There was a similar report in this newsgroup last November: http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.emulators.wine.user/35906/focus=36011 but it didn't seem to have resulted in a bug report here. The application now (after some error windows attaching) gets to presenting a nice background window but fails with a similar error (=>0 0x7bc3c3c8 raise_status+0x38() in ntdll (0x0032f4a8)) I'm attaching some files (and try to translate the german messages) : wine_with_mdac28.out - console output of wine with mdac28 am_000.jpg - No suitable data base can be found. Program will not be started. am_001.jpg - Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed. am_002.jpg - File Z:\home\fe\images\regal_hot_1.png cannot be opened. Path not found. am_003.jpg - Exception EExternalException in module ntdll.dll at 0002C3C8. External Exception C0000025 am_004.jpg - In program multimedial.exe there were severe errors and it must be terminated. [...] Thanks again! The second is part of flash. No (and sorry for the longer delay). But it's definitely getting better! If the mouse is moved over the background previously hidden buttons showed up. The previously hidden buttons can be activated but fail early in one of two failure modes. One telling "Zugriffsverletzung bei Adresse 0044b173 in Modul 'Actio multimedial.exe' Lesen von Adresse 0000057", and the other one complains about a swf file not being found "Die gewünschte Flash Datei \hilfe\impressum.swf wurde nicht gefunden". The console output is:
