Can you please provide a full log? Also, is there a free download?
It works reliably with older wine?
It seems no more logs..... Elona is a free download game. Can't confirm, works fine here for me, using wine-3.0 and a clean 64bit WINEPREFIX.
My guess would be that you're missing some gstreamer plugin. Please refer to https://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#How_can_I_get_a_debugging_log_.28a.k.a. _terminal_output.29.3F on how to get a debug log.

Such measures are rarely helpful. Do you have the 32-bit version of the plugins installed?
