I could not reproduce described behavior on win98, WinNT and Win2k. Marking as
invalid.
Calling LoadLibraryA("kernel32    .dll"); setls LastError to
Win98: ERROR_DLL_NOT_FOUND
WinNT & Win2k: ERROR_MOD_NOT_FOUND
Wine: ERROR_MOD_NOT_FOUND
