[Bug 3717] P-CAD 2000's toolbar buttons aren't displayed properly

It seems that the second toolbar is positioned correctly but the first one is
one pixel too low. Could you try to move the first toolbar to vertical and then
to horizontal again or start the program in a clean ~/.wine and check if the
problem persists?
