Running "wine StarMoney.exe" only a message box saying that IE9 is required
shows up. Clicking the ok button closes the application. Not a single line of
terminal output until the button is pressed.

According to someone elses research here
(https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=49686#c1), mshtml needs to report at
least version 10.*.* for this check to pass.

Tested with StarMoney 15 Basic (see URL field).
