It looks like your software was produced with an authoring
tool called ToolBook from http://toolbook.com,
can you verify that?  

There's a free trial version of
the authoring tool, perhaps you can try reproducing the
bug using that trial?  

Also, if you have the energy, you might want to try
reproducing with wine-20050930 or cvs; see
http://kegel.com/wine/qa/#getting.started
But it's ok if you can't.
