It complains about msvcr120.dll and msvcp120.dll being the wrong architecture. I guess it tries to load the x32-versions of the libraries, but only the x64-versions is available. With the legacy installer it would crash almost immediately after launch due to it missed the Qt5svg.dll. This was easily fixed with an extra download. I didnt look so carefully about the failing dlls but it did complain about architure difference.
