Just to let you know the final words on this :

There is a known issue in 1.0-9629 which is specific to NV2x GPUs, where any 
OpenGL application, including Wine, will segfault.

Work machine : NV18
Home machine : NV25

Sorry, I don't use opengl application on a regular basis, except... Wine it 
seems.
