In Unity. PortableApps.com Launcher shows neither the tray nor the launcher icon. The program disappears once focus is lost in Unity on Ubuntu 12.10, but wine is still running. Wine then has to be killed and restarted. I also upgraded to the beta version of the PortableApps Launcher which does the same thing. The task manager no longer shows up in KDE 4.10. I also upgraded to the beta version of the PortableApps Launcher which does the same thing. I do not know if it is intermittent.
