I'm trying to get GraphicsRulesMaker to start, but it is currently crashing at startup. GraphicsRulesMaker is an application for adding support for newer hardware to The Sims 2 and SimCity 4 and It can be downloaded from the following site: https://www.simsnetwork.com/tools/graphics-rules-maker. I've tried both verision 1.1.0 and 1.9.0, but both crashes at startup. Could it be because of a race condition somewhere? Because setting +relay works, and it slows the execution quite a bit due to excessive logging.
