Because it thinks windows version is less than 8.1 it wont perform any updates. Doing bisect for issue between version 6.6 - 6.7 i got Bisecting: 0 revisions left to test after this (roughly 0 steps) [2d519f5aa451513a6e12dec7855c08cd1b8d12fb] ntdll: Support MaxVersionTested in the manifest compatibility element. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
