This prevents the app from being installed. This only happens when using Wine Mono, installing "winetricks dotnet48" fixes this. The window shows black bars instead of text (or at least that's what it looks like). Tested in a fresh wineprefix on Arch Linux, using 5.8-staging (I'm not sure if this is specific to staging, so reporting it here).
