This is especially annoying as this installer does not allow you to simply type a non-existent path (it ignores your selection if you do so). Clicking on the button causes the following fixme to be printed: fixme:msi:ControlEvent_HandleControlEvent unhandled control event L"DirectoryListNew" arg(L"0"). Please give this a try. I'd like to see a +msi trace if it still fails.
This patch changes the behaviour, but does not correct the issue. I found a Windows machine to try this on. I'll attach a screenshot of what the button is supposed to do, which is to add a new entry to the current directory listing where the user can then enter a new name. Prior to the patch, the button did exactly nothing. Now, the button actually creates the directory that appears in the "Folder Name" input, and causes weird things to happen in the other controls. Yes, but you need to create an account in the site. Then you have to go to Resources -> Downloads -> Development Tools -> Versatile Family -> Versatile Express version 2.0. In the right side there will be a download link for the installer.
