Update to "Add Test Data" page remove reference to csv, or update reference to
git?
eg: "NOTE: 'CVS' was recently removed as a version because we simply can't
track 
exactly which CVS version was used."

Are you suggesting we remove the text

Sounds ok to me, just clarifying -- 

I think we should remove any text which is unnecessary as we only want to
display things that the user should read otherwise they end up ignoring
everything.  So on that basis I think that this is a good candidate for
removal.
